Thanks for sharing this info! Are you using a credit card processing service for payment and deposit or are you writing down people's credit card numbers in case none of the gear comes back? (I'd be surprised if people are comfortable with that). The security deposit I assume doesn't cover the gear if not returned, so is there a credit card service that allows you to initiate a new charge to cover the cost of what doesn't come back or how would you handle that to protect yourself?
