This went on for over 20 minutes!! I was very upset witnessing this. I did go and speak to the couple after they were freed. They said they (USCG) are "GOD" and can do whatever they want on the water and that you have NO RIGHTS. He told me the guy said, "I AM BOARDING"... never even asked. WTF!!!
