I’ve got a Golf R 7.5 and it certainly does not sound as good as the M140i lol. The B58 sounds beautiful. I prefer the R for the AWD but had the M140i been made available as xdrive in the UK, it wouldn’t even be a comparison.

I had a look at one here in Australia yesterday. The carbon fibre body kit it has looks a thousand times better than a cheap maxton one. The matte carbon inlays look so cheap and nasty compared to the older clear coat that’s in my 2019 S5. Only just over 500HP from a twin turbo V8??? A stage 2 tune on my car would get the same result and for a tad just over $300000 it would want to be more like 800HP to compete with a Shelby 500
