TH-cam studio app. Download video. Pick one of 3 images studio app gives you on left. Download image. Find in photos. I use iPhone editing and drawing tool in photo app. Back to TH-cam studio. Select in 3 images the 4th option to download image. It will pick your photos. Pick last photo you sent from studio app to photos and edited as your new image. Most people use canva app to do TH-cam thumbnails.

May be time for a new one. Not made to change batteries. Plastic do get old. You could try cracking it open and super glue it closed but best to pick a new one out on the next trip to Target or Walmart.

Try resetting for 30 seconds on both buttons. Try setting top control in sun on inside dash of your vehicle for day maybe it got a leak. Make sure it’s dry inside. Look close for moisture inside. Sorry it’s only been a year perhaps contact manufacturer. Can’t hurt.

Missed that. We just wash and replace when light flashed and keep in refrigerator.

Try resetting both only as a last resort. But usually the correct color filter rest is needed.

Not sure what you’re asking. Make sure top is hand wash with cloth. You don’t to wash in sink and short it out. If old pitcher light may be dead time to get a new pitcher. Plastic breaker down and needed replacing eventually. Not that healthy. Try pressing and hold till flashes at least 3-4 times. Then check it.

Not heard of this maybe old worn out timer. You can always keep track of recommended time and right on tape on top of pitcher.

Push and hold reset button that has same color as your filter. Hold let flash 3-4 times then test again with water.

I had to pour a glass to see. Mine slowly blinks green on and off.
