EI or Welfare while living out of a car? As you need some sort of cash flow for gym memberships gas food car insurance. or are you just doing random gig work while traveling for cash?
Dont change your oil like that, what if a tire looses presure. You will be finish my friend
You’re starting year 3 at this point huh? In March I will. How are things?
The Car 🚘 is a 🤌🏾ViBE. If you Know, you Know.
lmao what happened to this channel 😂
Hey man half asian dude here who used to have long hair. I did it for a year and a half living in a painted van lol
I can't even get my car back on the road
I live out of my truck now. I was living off grid for 15 years. This is easy but like I said I came from being off grid. Not paying for housing is a huge bonus
Ayyyy you're shirt says Saxapahaw! I'm in Liberty, and spend some time in Graham. What junk yard did you go to? The one in Greensboro seems to never have any Elements.
You can get to the oil nut from the front.
Guessing year 2 never happened, or filming got too stressful? Wishing you the best.
This is basically what poor planning looks like. I never had a single one of those problems out on the road because I planned well. There's no excuse to be out on the road and not plan your bathroom, showering, food etc. before you hit the road. And you went from an unhealthy diet to another unhealthy diet? Interesting. If you're going to eat only one protein, it should at least be red meat.
If you don't snatch a lot of serviettes at gas station, carry spare belts, hoses, globes, fuses, fluids, spark plugs and two tyres. Plus tools towrope, pump and shovel. Otherwise you won't make it to a 🚻 restaurant restroom. Don't forget no fridge and the only fresh red meat is roadkill
Damn I'm sorry you feel that bad about yourself
We need a year 2 update 🙏 for those of us about to embark on this wild journey. Man we should organize a meetup one day I feel like it would make this lifestyle easier and more fun
I’m about to move out. Can’t afford rent anymore. I think it’s crucial right now for people to learn to car camp.
I envy you .
Just found your channel and subbed. Thanks some great tips and advice, looking to do this in my 4Runner fulltime.
thank for your value video!!
It would be hard for me to beat my meat in my car 💯💯💯
Yo Buddy!!! Just saw your video! We are practically neighbors! I’m in Burlington. Love my Toaster! Did you go to Elements on the Dragon this year?
Careful with too much fish because of mercury
Thank you for this video made installation a breeze!
If I was living in my car, I wouldn’t stay in the south. Sorry, but a lot of those people are too puritanical. I’m staying on the west coast. Preferably around Nevada.
new here and about to be living out of my saturn ion. go us!!
Great video. You have a very genuine perspective 👍
Excellent! Thank you for sharing your project with us. I’m ready to get mine underway and like what you’ve done enough to ‘follow your lead’. 🙏🏻✌🏼🧡
we are going to need a 2 year update now :D
Okay but how do u get ur money doing this??? Is what i want to understand!?? Lol how do u survive living in ur car with no job?? I have a job and ive been wnating to do this soooo bad but how do u do it with a job? Can u still travel??? Lol
Do you work still? How do you maintain the balance of that with full time car living ?
I’m thinking of doing this by choice for a year or so. To get more comfortable with myself, to not be so materialistic, to downsize, to have a year to really get to know myself more.
Drive a cab and you can get to know other people
You are not alone, brother I’m currently living out of my vehicle as well and honestly, I feel more positive than ever!!!
May I ask why you’re living out of your car? I’m thinking of doing it by choice.
@@Manifestwithjoss tbh I couldn’t afford rent at the time anymore plus I plan on going back to school for Interior design and I’ll be able to save much more !!
Hey girl im also thinking of doing this by choice are u from Cali!?? And if u are maybe we can get together sometime n hang cause im about to start this type of lifestyle for myself
@@Manifestwithjossdon’t do it unless you can stop caring about the choice part. People don’t care, just hope it’s not a bad person to take interest. Be stealth, not sneaky; stealth blend in. The less people know the better, have fun.
How exactly do you wash your clothes? Do you borrow someone’s machine or do you go to a laundry mat? Do you wash it with your hand?
Hi. I'm watching this video at the 10 mth mark. How has it been driving so far? Thx.
The good ole double door close
Great video. I have been living in my Toyota Prius for 8 years. I feel like I struck gold with this lifestyle.
I gotta here more. 8 years? I need this story please.
@@brandonadkins5811 Ditto ... I'm a newbie beginning this soon
With this mod, is it possible to lock yourself out when you exit through the rear hatch?
Woah I'm in raleigh. Back in 2018 I lived in my car for about 8 months. Toyota prius. It was great, but I didn't do doordash or gigwork back then. I was "stuck" at a 40 hour a week job only making 400 bucks a week. Now I can make 400 in a day if I rlly tried (18 hours lol) anyway. Been thinking about doing this again, I have another prius. I'm realizing I could save so much money doing this with gigwork. My lease ends next December tho.i know it's a huge sacrifice , I've been an apartment dweller for 4 years now. Rent is just annoying and all the bills that come with it.
I dont own an element or a car but I enjoy watching these video's in Elements.
Hi, excellent video, I too have an 03 Honda Element, but I can't get a roof rack for my Element. Where to get yours?
Good to see you paddle with Pete and P5.
Just bought me an old raggedy 03 😂 may have try this thx bro🫶🏼
Your hair grew so much
LOL that was funny lol.
damn, doing oil change on some pokey rocks...
Nice thanks If the doors are locked would it still open ?. Our would you use fob first.
Fob first but its also possible to install a manual lock knob on the rear door
My only problem is making money
I’ve got an 08 tangerine EX AWD and am trying to come up with a name for her. Thinking either PSLatte or Musubi. Thoughts?? 😜👍🏻 BTW your video on rear latch install was super detailed and helpful! 👍🏻👍🏻
I had a Galapagos green element named it iguana
Man that was a awsome video. No idea how I came across. I hope your still outthere. As far as live in vehicle/outdoor adventure TH-cam videos go, if you had boobs and a bikini you get 10X or 100X views and subs. It shouldn't be that way. Blessings
Just now saw this video. Great tutorial and so glad you got it installed. Unfortunate about the first missed hole (and the hand hitting the bolt). The included grease goes on the pivot point to make the pull action for the cable even smoother. So glad you now have easy access out the back of your cool ride. Cheers!
Honda element is the Biggest pos I have owned , fresh synthetic oil 5w20, all filters new , clean engine, replace the connector 3 times , wires checked, ground checked, checked the oil sensor itself, it has been replaced like 10 times in 4 months and nothing appears to fix the stupid problem, it is a 2003 , EX , only 145k , I’m the second owner and to add insult to the infamy also have the code indicating the knock sensor bad 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Did you check the ground thats under the battery tray, did you replace the sensor on the side of the engine too ?
Why couldnt you just have replaced the spring?
