Words and Music by Trevor Mills I brought Trevor to the DMV to get his learner's permit renewed. We made a friendly wager that day, and he lost, so I asked him to write me a song. It's pretty epic!

"I'll Be Leading You" words and Music by Kevin Mills ©2023 KevinMillsMusic.com This lyric is completely fictional, but was inspired by a typo from the same "Jacqueline" who is texting me in this video. Thanks Jackie!! I chose the swing style to honor The Manhattan Transfer, who were in the midst of their 50th Anniversary Tour when this typo occurred. Huge shoutout to STEPHANIE DENBOW for sharin...

"Song For My Mother" by Kevin Mills "Long, Long Ago" Public Domain arr. by Kevin Mills My mother, Joyce Mills, passed on Christmas Day, 2021. September 29 was her birthday, and autumn was her favorite season, so I always find myself thinking of her this time of year. To know her was to love her! One of the great blessings of my life was to be her son!

KEV'S BUS: "Don't Eat Food on the School Bus"
I received an identical carafe, in the old dcc 1200 model, a real retro punk style battle tank. I'm glad I transfer the coffee to another jar with a vacuum system, I remove the lid for this task, without mess. I must admit that his review was the most entertaining stand up comedy style.
OMG... that is SOOOO cool. OK, you were up there, but you just moved a bunch of notches up on my ladder of musical respect. Great job, Kev... you ROCK!! ♥♥
Nice 'scale-like' guitar. I never knew you when you weren't sitting behind the drums
Freakin' awesome, Kev. Didn't even miss the flugelhorn. Much. Nice solo. Some of Grant's licks in there, but made it your own.
Very nice!
Whoa that's a trip in the way-back machine! Nice work!
Great job
😂❤❤❤❤❤
Kevin, everything about this coffee pot is just as you say! I have one too and it makes a MESS on my counter top, but now I finally know why. Karma is a bummer. Like you, I'm going to try harder.
Nice tribute Kevin. Angie and I did the Yeah! - on beat!
That's beautiful!
😂great review. Ur right; they need to work on the design to pour out coffee with an ease. What a hassle my friend.
Where abouts are the rest of the videos in this series, please?
Happy birthday! Just so happens it was my son’s birthday yesterday too. Yeah…dad’s are always cringeworthy (I believe that what the young’uns call that these days), but only because we’re so gosh darn proud a’ y’all!
Thanks Padre ☺️
Oh my goodness Kev. The Cat’s In The Cradle…my boy is just like me!!! Brought a smile to our day for sure
6:46 I don’t think i have ever seen that paricular way of beaming before. Is that common?
That made me smile, I just got a traveler hot rod, volume and tone controls, lovely! I just couldn’t stop smiling when carrying it around, it’s small enough forget on the train, (or the limo) when you’ve had too much… The amp is the obvious next purchase, was looking at the Roland Cube AC but at half the price I’m tempted by the Boss. Fantastic, refreshing video. Thanks again; “Lang may yer Lum Reek” as we say in Scotland…
❤
😢 Awwww….this is an amazing tribute! (Now I know why you’re so “good”, Kevin! No wonder why you picked up on my choir stuff.) I’m thoroughly impressed. ❤ Sarah
SARAH!!!! I’m absolutely tickled to see you here! Thank you, thank you thank you! ❤
Santa comes through! Sweet! I just saw a review on the Positive Grid Spark GO. It’s actually a few bucks cheaper than the Katana Mini, and sounds RIDICULOUS. You may want to check that out before purchasing a travel practice amp. Have fun!
Great real, practical review, nice riffs, good fun... thanks! Just received a Traveler for Christmas (well, it's on its way). Sounds like Santa got it right... but it sounds (ho ho!) like I'll need a mini amp as well if the the unplugged volume is that low. Thanks for the tip on the Katana!
This is going for $50 refurbished on Woot atm, so I was doing some research before buying. i’m glad I came across this review, the carafe design would drive me and my family mad!! 😂 thank you so much for the review! You saved my family a headache.
how insanee , farewell-😲
She seemed lovely. Sounds great man! A good homage.
I just bought one of these and it's awful. I normally only brew a couple of cups at a time, so I have to turn it completely upside down every single time.
The grunting is so relatable... Because same! 😂😅
We own this coffee maker and ditto. Apparently they never tested their product before it went out the door!
Awesome video!!!
There's Ben, makin' it look easy again.
Nice accent!
You sure it isn't an Indigo Bunting? Sweet tune, but a sweet guy!
Wow...I remember Troy...we were in Praise band together. He was a great musician. Sorry to hear about his passing. 😞
THANKS for doing this, Kev. It was a privilege to be part of it. Amazing guy gone too soon!
Awesome memories and tribute!
What an honoring post- Troy was amazing, musician and person! I learned a ton from him, and you, Kevin! It was from you guys that I learned about and enjoyed the YellowJackets ☺️ Thanks for making this video in honor of his memory.
Thanks for your work on this!!!
Thanks for having me Kev!
Hey Ben--at 15:16 I talk about 'swagger.' Your solo is DRIPPING with swagger! The honor is mine--thank you!
Oh My...such a drama queen. I don't have any problem with the mine pours. Just pour the damned coffee and get over all the drama.
What an amazing and concise overview, and you are obviously well versed in your software Kevin, thank you. As someone trying to become familiar with typical orchestral brass and woodwind would I typically find these articulations in classical works and/or basic notation software? I am quite unfamiliar with them and am still quite a beginner.
Impressive flute playing!
Thanx. I appreciate your hard work during this live demonstration. I was in tears the whole time. Lol 😂😂😂
Fabulous Kev! You are a truly great musician. That song really touched me.
Very funny - and thanks for saving me from purchasing this, that would drive me nuts
My pleasure!
I detect a little Donaldesque in a few of those changes.🤜
Glenn would be proud...
love it, Kevin! you’re one talented guy. glad you gave me the music bug, oh so long ago. Dave’s, here we come!! 😉
I love it Kev! It gives me Todd Rundgren vibes. So good! Thank you for sharing it!!
Nice song Kev! Glad you made it out of 2022. I know that was a really hard year.
Bless you, Ben!
Hi Kevin. You have always been the Tpke model in band and now I am having flashbacks with you either playing a trombone or drums. You were great blasting away with the 1812 overture in the gym. I played the flute. Keep composing and sharing your music it is great! Karen Becker
