It was on Songs About Jane's special edition. Sadly they're out of print now. There's still apparently old minted CD's that are on sale in Amazon, Discogs, or eBay for that.
It was a bonus track. As the other comments point out, this was on the deluxe edition of Songs About Jane. This is by far my favorite version of the song. Grew up listening to this one.
