A tip about strollers: if you have a jogging stroller (the kind with 1 wheel in the front, 2 in the back, and they are like bicycle tires), there's a spot over the front wheel that is a nice little seat for a toddler who mostly walks but occasionally needs a break. Used ours like that until the baby started purposely trying to push big sis off with her feet 🙃
Oh my why have I never thought about that!!!! Thank you 🙏 😂😂
Oh, is true. I grew up in a family that didn't realize that you could visit each other without a 3-course dinner. If you came unannounced, you even felt like some kind of problem... My mother-in-law (although she loves cooking and preparing parties) showed me that the most important is to just meet and spend time together <3
That’s wonderful and such an important thing to learn. It stretches us but is so worth it!! 🥰
I am glad to say I 100% fully embraced having 2 kids ❤ was lush! The third definitely feels like double the work of 2, and now I am retraining in order to get some of ‘me’ back and get a bit of a rest 😂😂😂 it’s true that the busier you are, the more you can get done IMO! Absolutely wouldn’t be without my third who is now 2 but I’ve totally lost this calm zen chill vibe that I had with 2 haha😅😅 going to try and get back to it more, this vid was a little boost. Also we have a 7 year age span, oldest 9 youngest 2. School day, school admin etc is a whole other layer of juggle haha
Amazing well done. I’m intrigued to see how the two to three transition goes for us!! Well done you’re doing great!! 🥰
Just gave birth to my son while my dota is 13 months old..am scared
Oh don’t worry you’ll be absolutely great. Just take one day at a time!! You can do it!!!
Wow! You look incredible Mia! You are blessed with gorgeous hair! Praying that you and your precious family have a wonderful and blessed weekend ❤️🙏🏻✝️
Thank you so much! That’s so kind! God bless!
Beautiful ❤
Thank you! 😊
Yes, it is so important for us to let go and let God, prayer changes things. Thank you for this video, teaching us to slow down and reminding us that God has the ultimate control. I will be implementing the cheerful smiles with my husband and I as I can get a bit solemn so thank you for that. I’m sure it will help us too ❤
You’re so welcome I’m so glad it’s helpful!!!
Hello mia Are you thinking of cutting your Hair to nummer 0 to increase the numner of subscribers?
Another great and encouraging video, Mia! 100% agree with all of these tips! Highlight of my day when I watch your stuff :)
That makes me so happy!!! Thanks so much!!
Where is this weekly planner from?
I’ll pop an Amazon link in the description for you!
also, you're doing an amazing job! I wish wish WISH I knew this stuff 10 years ago. here's to growing and becoming the best versions of ourselves one day at a time.
your videos give me the most calming feeling. thank you so much for continuing to make them I know it cant be easy to film and voice over and put it all together. much much love from across the pond <3
Thanks so much it’s really encouraging to hear. Making videos is hard work but totally worth it for lovely comments like this!!
Love this! And I adore the Dairy Book! I remember my mum's version and she bought me my own copy when I moved out. :)
Ah amazing!! I don’t know many who have the Dairy Book so glad to hear it works for you too!!
Mia, you have motivated me to tackle under the stairs! It was so cluttered and grubby - even the spiders had moved out in disgust!😂😂😂😂
Oh goodness I haven’t even tackled under my stair yet well done!! I totally get it 😅😂😂
ugh yes i needed that reminder to relax and that we can figure things out as we go LOL instead of feeling all this pressure to have EVERYTHING prepared and ready beforehand!!!
Absolutely! There’s no need to panic, each baby is so different you’ll just grab things along the way!!
I'm so proud of you!! xx
I appreciate your transparency as well. it makes me feel less alone
Thanks so much that’s so kind!! You’re definitely not alone!!
Hi your hair is so cool! I'm a guy who always got buzzcuts/shorter hair styles and am trying to grow out my hair atm. I never knew this curly hair care world existed lol. I only ever used shampoo and conditioner and maybe a random pomade or something that I had no idea how to use properly. Anyways I was wondering if you do anything during the week to tame or enhance your waves/curls? Can you make a video on it if so? Also what is your hair porosity? Sorry for all the questions i'm just trying to soak up any knowledge I can get and I think your hair is awesome. I keep rewatching this video thinking "wow how can someone's hair look this incredible?!?" LOL.
Amazing advice ❤
Thanks my lovely!!!
All wonderful info!❤
Glad it’s helpful!!
My motto is “if at the end of the day everyone is fed and no one is dead, it’s been a good day!” 😅❤
Haha, absolutely!!
Great video Mia! I have tried FlyLady, but I kept getting confused by the zones! I also have an electric scrubbing brush and it’s sooooo satisfying to use!
Thanks so much. I’m also confused so don’t worry hahah. We will get there eventually!! Love the scrubbing brushes and anything to make like easier 😅
My favourite cleaning hack which I picked up from Korean housewife silent vlogs is - sodium percarbonate!!! It's magical stuff. A scoop of it + boiling water in a blackened pot, covered and left for a bit, completely declags it. It also is great for whitening whites (active ingredient in oxiclean etc. but a lot cheaper) so great for soaking. Alsooo love your new mic, sounds amazing!
That’s a good one I will try that!! Thanks so much. Glad it’s better 🙏😂
and you're doing an amazing job <3
15:13 girl im going to need the hair and make up routine here! you're so gorgeous xx
You’re so sweet thanks so much!!! I’ve recently purchased the revlon hairdryer it’s a hot brush type thing that I’ve been enjoying!!

I am glad that you are feeling better Mia! Thank you for sharing your lovely, cheerful & chatty vlog! Your food all looks delicious!
Thanks so much, I’m feeling so much better! I’m glad you enjoy them!
I'm so glad you found something that works! With my first baby Ezra I was all day nauseous and sick 4+ times every day from 5-20 weeks pregnant... I'm currently juuuust coming up to 6 weeks pregnant and I'm already so sick. I've just started taking Ondansetron from the doctors and its really helping. I was too scared to take anything last time around but once you're a mom you just HAVE to find solutions and I'm far more willing this time around. I'd recommend checking out ondansetron next time too, I know lots of mamas with HG who have ended up on this one too, I'm just taking a smaller dose than they would, I'm taking 1 x 8mg wafer in the morning and then it stops working by about 8pm and I go to bed. I think the max dose is 3 x 8mg wafers for HG patients <3 So glad you're feeling better xxx
Socks keep random grammas from confronting you in the grocery store about cold baby feet.
🤣🤣 yes I agree!
This is SO true!! I want to get more comfortable hosting imperfectly
Love this mindset!
🙌
Congratulations on your little boy! That's what I'm having too. 🥰 I'm going to a new church this Sunday so please pray for me that it'll be a good fit!! 💖
Already prayed for you!! Hope it goes well!! God bless 🦋🦋
@@MiaAlexandria thank you - it was such a wonderful church and I'll be going back!!
@@theti5 praise God!! That’s what I prayed for 🥰
I dont like how hair feels with gel in it. I never diffuse it, maybe that would help the product-y feeling, but Im just trying to figure out how to not use gel but still get minimal frizz from air drying.
Congratulations to you both. May our good Lord continue to be with and strengthen you and family throughout this new season ❤
Thank you so much! I really appreciate that!
19:33 you can spray where the weeds are coming up in between the stones or pavement with a thing of vinegar and some dish soap in it. it'll take care of them so fast just be careful not to get it on anything you dont want to die plant wise xx
Oooo I did not know that! Thanks so much will definitely try xx
Congratulations! Your little boy will be a beautiful addition to your gorgeous family 🥹🩵x
Thanks so much!! So kind!! 🦋
Lovely! ❤thanks for sharing your beautiful laugh! And bringing us along on your peaceful days as you find beauty & contentment in the season the Lord has you in!
Thanks so much! That’s very encouraging! Glad you’re here 🥰
Wow…I will definitely be viewing doing laundry in a different way now 😊❤Thank you ❤️
Amazing, glad it helped!!
You have such a lovely mature and sheltered garden! Ours was like a building site when we moved in and I've had to start from scratch😭In that mossy border I'd recommend a bush like lonicera nitida baggesen's gold to add a bit of year-round brightness. Maybe some variety of cyclamen would look lovely hidden amongst everything too?
Thank you so much. Ahh I am so glad I didn’t have to start from scratch, I’m not sure how mine would end up! Haha. Thanks so much for the advice, I’ll look into that! How was the volume this week?
@@MiaAlexandria definitely better than last week! 💕
Lovely Mia!
The struggle is real
So true❤
I love your sunny outlook! Ladies should build each other up, instead of competing all the time
Hey Mia, fellow British SAHW (soon to be SAHM) here. I love your videos! They remind me of early wholesome Mrs Midwest content but even more relaxed (onion mishap included, which could have easily been me omg). Could you maybe increase the volume of your videos when you're editing them? There's been a couple of vlogs now where I have to turn my PC volume up suuuuper high to hear you speak. Thank you, and keep doing what you're doing 💗
Thanks so much and also thank you so much for the advice I really appreciate that!! I will try and do that for following videos. It’s tricky to figure it all out haha! I can’t promise next weeks will be fixed but will sort it for the one after I hope!! Thanks again 🥰🥰
Love the home renovation improvements so far it’s going to look lovely and cosy when it’s done 😊 so true about preparing foods for church functions…nice to hear some encouragement on this ❤
Thank you so much! Hard work is finally paying off…very slowly 😂 absolutely true!! God bless x
So nice to see you back, Mia! <3 Lovely video. I really like when you talk or gesture to people off camera (like the part where you talk about raw milk and you're making coffee), it gives the video such a lived in feel, more like you're a guest getting to see cozy home life rather than a video that you're filming! I just love your attitude about starting agin. With two under two, life can feel quite overwhelming and it's very encouraging to see your approach.
Thanks so much! I hadn’t thought that, thanks for sharing. It’s nice to know those small moments are enjoyed! ☺️
Hi Mia, firstly a huge congratulations on your pregnancy! Glad that you are feeling better and like yourself again, i went through exactly the same with my two pregnancies so can empathise! I also have two toddlers and we’re in the midst of toddler meltdowns and sibling rivalry.. would love if you could share any tips or what you do about this x
Hey!! Thanks so much. It can be so difficult, I’m glad you made it through!! Regarding toddler meltdowns, they’re not always avoidable and can be so tricky. One thing that massively improved my kids behaviour is no screen time and a healthier diet. Trying to catch the meltdown early is useful with appropriate discipline / consequences as needed. Although I wouldn’t even try once they’re fully screaming, they just need to get through it!! Well done mamma. You’re doing SO well and it will end eventually!! Just keep going!!
Thank you :) I’ve recently stopped screens which is helping and will definitely keep going with that! X
Well done! That’s also a challenge but I do think definitely worth it. Let me know if you have any other questions and I’ll do my best!! Us mums got to stick together 😅
Oh my word I found my favorite cozy space of the internet from one mommy to another thank you 🙏🏽🥰 God Bless!
Oh yay I’m so glad!!! Nice to hear from you again Ebony!! God bless 🥰
What are your favourite sourdough recipes? 😍 I want to try them all!
Your voice and whole vibe is so calming. You’ve gained a subscriber ❤
Yay you’re so welcome!! Thanks so much for supporting me 🥰
Hi Mia, I am so sorry to hear that you have been feeling so rough I am praying for you 🙏🏻✝️❤️
Thank you so much, I appreciate the prayers!! Hope you’re well too!! X
