Can we use other gel like ordinary ultrasound gel or aloe vera gel for the tripollar stop?

Not sure if anyone will still check on this video, but I’ve been trying to use the device, and I can feel the face heating up, but the orange light just doesn’t come up… what to do please?🙏🏼 I’m already moving in very slow small circle of movement, and have a very thin layer of gel, and I can feel the heat on my face

The smooth plastic shell design appears to be slippery and problematic for regular handling. I probably placed heavily on bathroom counter, the RF part stopped working(no heat from 49 beams). I got my Envig Edge on Oct 8, 2024. Only used once, 2nd time RF no heat. I sent the emails with device serial # and videos to Tripollar, the reply was “the issue is typically encountered when the device has been dropped.” I asked to be escalated, no reply and no response. My device shows no signs of external damage-there are no scratches, dents, or marks; and the lights and buttons functioned as normal. I have used it strictly as outlined in the User Manual. Why I should bear the cost of a malfunction like this? Envig Edge is Made in China with the slippery smooth plastic shell. Try something else like ZIIP Halo, made in US, better material and quality.

I really enjoyed using the device but I have lost facial fat from it, unfortunately cheeks look very flat now…

I get breakouts a day or so after using. Is there any advice to mitigate this?

Ok I’m just curious about the RF technology that the Rose model emits? On the Tripollar website it states it doesn’t have Multi-RF technology (as shown in infographic in photos) and then I saw another infographic showing it DOES have Multi-RF? What type of RF technology does the Rose gradient have??

Is it possible for my Stop VX Gold to be broken when it still heats up? The indicator lights work as well. I’m confused because I use it religiously and get consistent results each time but all of a sudden it’s not doing anything for my skin anymore…???

Tripollar is an effective device. The instructions sets out only three areas to treat the whole face. Forehead - Left Cheek - Right Cheek. The Cheek areas cover all the respective left or right sides of the face. 3 areas each brought to orange light temperature for 4 to 5 minutes. Hope this helps.

I just got TriPollar STOP VX2 Gold Radio Frequency Device, and I would love it if she can do a demonstration using this device, and post a video. My first use is so positive! I wonder if eventually, could I use STOP VX2 Gold Radio Frequency Device on daily basis? I could see myself using it daily during the winter season, and if it safe, I will. I have started drooping at the end of my lip line, can’t I use this for that spot! I saw that you can close to your lip line, would there be any negative affect?

Mine won't work unless the sensor and 2 out of the 4 prongs are touching. It never works if all 4 are touching at the same time. Its exhausting trying to do a full face and neck

Hello. My tripollar desire doesn t work. The light flashes blue and after orange each one second and it 's getting cold. I don t understand why, it was suddenly like that. It s broken or there is something to do to reset it. I m very disapointed because it s expensive device and tripollar company doesn t want to help me to repar it because i have not the bill (it was a gift).
