Way too underrated and unrecognized performer. He is an brilliant and very talented musician. Surprised to find this clip he still sings just like when he was young and his acoustic guitar playing is really nice.

I’ve been waiting 40 years to see these guys and finally, this Wednesday in Anaheim the long wait is over! My all time favorite band. I was always playing college football/baseball, so I could never make any of their shows in the 80’s. Then became a Deputy Sheriff and a family man, and something always came up. My wife got me these tickets for Christmas, we are driving all the way from the Coachella Valley. Only there to see AS, because one of her co-workers quit, so we have to bounce for the long drive back, but will be well worth it. Sorry about the long story, just fired up that after 40 years of waiting, I get to see and hear my favorite band. Can’t wait!

At Minute 4:00, Dave mentions the band was touring the previous year on the "Black Tiger Record"(1982), so this must be from 1983. Back in the Day, I was playing poker with friends from work and one(T.M.) said he was going to hire them to play, We dared him to and he did - at a skating ring in South San Francisco in 81. He was working a beer keg at the show and was handing out free beers to friends :) Y&T definitely one of the great unsung bands of the 80's. Radio pretty much ignored them despite having great songs and top notch Live shows.

Danny is one of the greatest storytellers of our generation. It’s absolutely criminal that he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves.
