Thank you for these videos. They help a lot. I would like to point out that in the photo where you are going down the wide stairs, you have the wrong words matched and highlighted. You have anchas matched with stairs. Wouldnt want to accidently call someone wide..LoL.. Thanks again for all that you do!!!!

Hey everybody :D I noticed a mistake in the minute 03:19 the correct writing in Spanish is "y le pregunté". An in the minute 06:36, the pink card must have been on top of "llegamos" that means "we arrived". Sorry guysssss x.x
I absoutely love the “I read, you write” exercises - clear, sympathetic and word for word (I'm still a beginner). Learning alone is boring but here it really feels like we're doing the exercise together and that's really motivating. I don't think the music really needs to be during this part, but at least it's quieter than the first exercises. I really hope there is a lot more of this kind to come - thank you so much for this excellent work.

When in Peru, we did eat very late at night. In Estados Unidos, the typical Christmas will start in the morning with children emptying stockings humg over the fireplace, containing small dulces o regalos. A large meal mid afternoon will cover basically all meals for the day. As we serve pavo on our Thanksgiving celebration in Novembre, Christmas is often jamon o ganso.
I learnt a lot from your dictation, among others the words uvas & sencilla. Gracias.

I like your video a lot, of course. There were some parts that seemed more difficult for me to understand why the words were arranged that particular way. Must be expressions that are different from normal grammar. This makes me realize that I have a long way to go before I’m good at Spanish.
Hello Brian! So nice to read your comments again :) ¿Cómo has estado? I'm interested to know which sentences were hard for you to follow. Sí, that's the difference between language textbooks and everyday spoken Spanish. I felt the same way when I was learning german, I learnt a lot of things from my books but when I would meet with my german friends I would get lost during the conversations sometimes. What really help me was to expose myself to real spoken german whether it be hanging out with native speakers, listening to music, podcast and even watching youtube videos and movies in german. I hope that was helpful! Have a nice day :)

Lovely video! Here is the US, Christmas is mostly about Santa bringing presents to the children in the morning of the 25th. We eat the turkey in Thanksgiving's Day, a month before. And normally no family gathering for Christmas eve, much less mightning Mass. Christmas has become too commercialized, and Baby Jesus had been almost completely forgotten here. Merry Christmas to you in Peru, with your family! Never stop celebrating Baby Jesus, with your family, eating turkey and panetón. 😊✨

@@SurvivingSpanish Buenos dias.:) I've played guitar for many years but I'm still not as good as I wish I was. The guitar is an amazing instrument. I recommend that you keep playing it. It has no limits! What other instruments are you trying? (I've played drums and bass guitar).

But I know how much of a struggle it can be, as I am learning to play the piano too. @ Estoy en México y fui a la Iglesia por una cena. Ellos me dieron una bolso grande de tamales, debe ser 50 o más. Me gusta tacos de carne asada; yo encontré nuevo local ayer, y no es lejos de mi habitación. No recibí más pero tengo regalos por otros todavía porque no voy a verlos hasta el domingo que viene.
