@Agoniii I use HDMI 2.1 with no issues on a 40 series card. Your 3070 also supports HDMI 2.1, so it should work great for you too. DP 1.4 will also work fine. Theoretically HDMI 2.1 can transmit at a higher bandwidth, but either will work.

I've got some bad news for you about xbox series x HDR on this monitor. Since the series x only supports HDR output in 4k modes, the only way to get it working is to disable adaptive sync in the monitors menu. I don't think there is currently any way to get HDR and VRR working at the same time in any mode.

I couldn't find a lot of information on Upgrade version 1002.2, other than this update lowered input latency at 60hz. Other than that, I couldn't detect anything noticeable. I did not break anything for me, so if you choose to update it, there should be no worries!

@@theteedstertechcouldn’t have made a better choice. Compact footprint and decent thermals. I still may swap my 280 AIO with my wife’s 240 and top mount to make it a little less cramped. Such a versatile case for a very reasonable price.

Thanks for your comment. That gpu should fit with no issues. Also, since I'm using my fans as an intake for my radiator and I have 3 slim fans under my gpu, I don't have any thermal issues.

It should fit, although you should probably opt for an sfx of sfx-l power supply with that card.

Hello there. My current PC could be considered a " Sleeper " just by the appearance. It might look slightly newer then this case ; but you wouldn't know what " Parts " were inside and just how high-end they are.

A 280mm AIO will not fit at the top. The case dimensions don't really allow for it, even with the power supply mounted in the front.

@@theteedstertech Not even with offsets? That's pretty depressing I wanted to keep my aio and I dont want to mount it on the side

​@@RainOrbsSomeone on YT did fit a 280 on top but it impeded on his fan headers at the top of MB. the 280 is too wide for top placement. But depending on your MB layout you potentially could get away with it

I haven't noticed any extra noise from those fans, just make sure they don't spin at a higher rpm than your gpu and you shouldn't get any turbulence. The bottom fans are the only traditional intakes, but my radiator fans are also set as intakes. With the two top 140mm exhaust fans, I still have great thermals. Plus almost every surface of the case is mesh, so air is technically being sucked in from many different panels.

@@theteedstertech how has the gigabyte board been for you? I see they have been on sale and might try to snag the original before the V2 takes over.

@@wv86 I haven't had any complaints with it. It has all the features for my needs, handles PBO and undervolting without issue, and AMD EXPO is stable. All in all its a really great board.

@vsfavengercg thank you for your comment and for watching my vid. I did come to the same conclusion as you did, although I did not test with my case on its side. I had wondered if the Vapor chamber had anything to do with my issues, so thank you for lending more credence to that idea. So far my gpu temps have been very good in the Dan A3, even in a somewhat hot room during the summer. I'm happy that my video is helping you to narrow your build down, it's my first time doing anything like this and I was hoping it would help someone out.

Lian li SUP01 has been extensively tested and thermals in GPU from its vertical front mount are fine. Any test data you can supply that backs up your theory ?

@@velocitymg sup01 has vertical mount with i/o down, that's the difference, lian li has upright GPU kit for o11 series and has compatibility table for 40 series GPU with i/o up or down, most of them are i/o down. check lian li upright kit on google.

@@velocitymg That's because the SUP01 has the GPU ports exiting out the bottom, correct? Cases where the ports exit downwards towards the table (SUP01, Meshlicious, Meshroom) don't exhibit the problem. It's cases where the IO faces up that have the problem, which would apply to the Tower 200. I first saw discussions about this with the XTIA X-Proto open frame that was popular on the SFF subreddit for a while. People started having wild thermals and almost everyone noticed that placing the case horizontal would cause a significant (10-15 degree) difference in temp. The weird thing is not ALL gpu's are affected, seems to be based on how their vapour chamber is designed and if they even use one to begin with. But the ones that are affected get absolutely nuked in the IO up orientation.
