I'm interested in the property
I don’t understand all the doors into the livingroom, kitchen, reception rooms. Makes it seem so closed in & claustrophobic. In the states, doors only to bedrooms. bathrooms & entry ways.
Open plan is more of a fire risk. A small kitchen fire can quickly spread and if everyone is upstairs it could impede their escape
It also retains heat, there’s no point heating the whole house for no one to be in there.
It's a UK new build, so expect it to start falling to bits 2 days after the NHBC guarantee expires. All fur coat and no knickers.

We used to own 55 another of the Melrose style house like this. Wish in some way we had stayed but too many Chavs and dickheads lol
