The parade celebrated the individuals and organisations who make a difference to their communities, especially during the pandemic. Blood Bike South was the the Grand Marshal and the parade began at 1pm on Thursday.

The chances of them giving us back our land is zero, I'm Gadigal and Bundjalung, and while I feel connected to country on Bundjalung land, they have cemented over all that was of my grandmother's and great gramother's land in Sydney. While I was raised in Sydney, there has always been a disconnect. 😔
