unfortunately, after rooting the phone, installing TWRP and restarting, the touch sensor stopped responding, it did not recover even after a factory reset, the tablet is now to be thrown away

If I insert my memory card I can select the files to be installed but I get a notion that the signature verification failed for both the gapps and the espresso

It really worked. You have one mistake on links: On TWRP App: 1.22 works and 1.21 doesn't. That link quides to the right file.
