Craving something spicy and crunchy!! Try out this super simple and easy to prepare Chatpata Aloo Tortilla Wrap recipe at home. It will be ready in a jiffy and blow your mind away!!
Ingredients:
Boiled potato - 3 tbsp
Boiled chickpeas - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala - ½ tsp
Pepper - ½ tsp
Salt - ½ tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Tortilla - 1
Mayonnaise - 1 tsp
Cabbage - 2 tbsp
Tomato - 1 tsp
Cheese slice - 1
Oil / Butter to grease pan.
Method:
Firstly to prepare aloo chaat for the wrap, mix boiled potato, boiled chickpeas, green chilli, onion, salt, chilli powder, chaat masala, pepper and mix well.
Take a tortilla and cut a slit in the center. Add the prepared aloo chaat, mayonnaise, cabbage & tomato along with a cheese slice on 4 sections of the tortilla neatly. Now fold the tortilla carefully starting from the section near the slit. On a greased pan , shallow fry the tortilla on both sides until it turns golden brown. This yummy chatpata aloo tortilla wrap is ready to serve!!
