The new G scale garden railroad is in service. It was built on the right of way of the former Sempervirens Railroad.

My hillbilly rowing shell consists of a royalex Old Town Camper and a Piantedosi Scout sliding seat and outriggers rig with vintage wooden Piantedosi oars. A small leeboard clamps on to the gunnels at the stern to act as a skeg for improved tracking. The whole thing cruises easily at 4-4.5kts with a top speed of 6kts (5-7mph)

Did your ruby come with the Tender?
I made the tender out of picture mounting board on a chassis from an LBG tipping cart. It gives me space to work the valves and lever on the loco and provides the hook coupling for the next car.

👍. How is it those rails look like they're brand new? I have to go through at least twice a year to get the black off the rails from the weather.
The railway is only a couple months old. I don’t think I’ll be doing any polishing unless I just brighten up the tops of the rail. I figure it’ll look more real as the brass gets darker!
Lovely railroad. Dora looks great with those smaller passenger cars.
