    As a pilot, unstable approach. And your pax would’ve sued for back injuries with your rate of decent on touchdown. Try to flare at the end, and hold your centerline like you’re taxi’ing. Your close :)

    No, this isn't a beautiful takeoff, it's a very dangerous one. The length of runway remaining when the aircraft lifts off isn't vaguely enough to perform a safe stop. So, it is V1 that the safe stop should be at, which comes a bit before Vr when the aircraft lifts off, but nevertheless, this takeoff was wrong. Did the captain do the calculations wrong? Ah, but this is a sim. Phew!

      Its a 7700ft runway, according to the TODA sheet, he took off with 3700ft remaining. Even if it was less, the V1 would be earlier.
