It would be cool if you could knock loot off of toothy, so you don't need to try and kill it. Just hit it enough to get a item and then run.

Saw title, knew how this would end lol. I have seen toothy die, tho it was mainly because he got stuck and got shot to death by like 3 large squads of Europeans. They were still shooting his corpse, these big units don't really die properly. They just stop functioning when they die (there AI turns off but they still there)
They should add friendly toothy on some map that follows you around out of curiosity .

@kg4898 😂 Lol, if you watch any of our other 50 hours of gameplay footage, we help each other plenty. We went into this map knowing it was a suicide mission.
Toothy, Mother Courage, Orga Mechs and Stalker-Dog all have about 1 billion HP due to them being in development. Jfyi :b Anything else can be killed.

Is the recruited scav robot worth the time?
Pope and I do not believe it is for our play style. However, it is a small investment and on a map like Scrapyard Nexus, you can tell it to stay by the extract and load it up with extra loot. You may find you like it! It is definitely worth trying at least once. Let us know how it goes! :)
I remember sometime back when one Dev came out and said the mothers have 1000000000 Hp, then they drop toothy has 3-4 times that, I have only been lucky once to see a mother die to a number of tanks, but yet see a toothy die from anyone
Wow! We never stood a chance. 😂 Pope and I have been relatively unlucky, we can't seem to spawn a map with the mothers. Is there a trick to get it to come up more frequently? Thanks for your insight!
there’s no tricks as far as I’m aware of. The time I seen the mother die was on the scorch after rolling about 20 times for the night time version. The only trick I know that you can bring more Pacific enemies is you have active quest for them, there’s spawn rates will also increase if more people in the party has the same quest

he has one trill health so probs wont kill him unless you use cheats

if you quick play in Dark Tide now you are going to get this mission 90% of the time.
I haven't tried Quickplay on my return yet. I imagine others will get mixed back into the rotation after some of the newness wears off.

I hope the Devs stay strong. Early Access is not easy. They have a great vision and good Ideas and in todays Industrie thats so much more worth. Technical Issues can be fixed alteased.

@Maclintok Yes! I spent a ridiculous amount of time on Darktide when it first came out and the months following. I really like it. It also just had a massive update, so I'll be playing and streaming it this weekend. :)
