Hello. I have a question. I've heard how Etsy likes to suspend people's account. If I sell on Etsy the same items I sell on other platforms does mean Etsy will suspend my account?

Great video Kelly! Not sure if you ever answer questions in the comments but have a question about POD wall art I cannot find an answer to anywhere! If you are selling say a set of 3 wall art prints on Etsy (physical prints on paper the customer will receive, NOT printable downloads) do you send all 3 design files to Printify in one order, or do you have to individually do 3 different orders of 1 print each? Also for a size 16x20” print or slightly bigger, what size would you create the design in when using Canva? Would LOVE to see you do a full video on POD wall art “sets” that walk through all of this! 🤗

Do you have another video where you explain how to upload personalized products on etsy, since I found out that I have to use an app called hello custom but I am not familiar with it. I ordered a sample of two of my personalized products and the name I wanted to have was not printed on it. Instead they printed "Your name"

I need help. Since the latest update on Canva, anytime I curve my text or add a couple extra elements to my design it downloads at over 30mb. I usually use 4500x 5400 pix and don’t want to reduce the size but I need the file to be no larger than 24mb so that I can upload to Amazon Merch. Before the update I never had this problem. What should I do? Have you seen this issue? Could you please make a video addressing what to do when your file download is too large.

You are one of 2 people I found who explain how to do things and how to navigate the website, most people just show how to do thing but don't explain where to find things on the website.

Hi thanks for the video. Great info. Question: does Amazon ever charge you money if your balance is ever negative like if you’re just starting out and having some returns? In your experience, Is there ever any money risk involved in Amazon pod? If I quit with a negative balance will they hunt me down? 😆

Hey! Great video! Very helpful. Quick question - do you need to remove the original "Merry Christmas" before saving the mask? When I didn't, and pulled it up in Photopea, there would have been two of the "Merry Christmas" images. I went back and deleted it, saved the mask only, and then went into Photopea. Is that incorrect? Thanks!
