In depth- f150 4.6- True Dual Exhaust
Hey guys, glad to be back putting out videos. Hope everyone is doing well during this pandemic. Here is my 98 f150, today I’m going over my 2 inch true dual catback exhaust. It’s is true dual no muffler, from the rear cats back (no pre cats) to 90 degree exits no tips. Comment what you guys want to see next!

Why I still drive a 10th gen F-150

Here's an introduction to my 98 F-150 build. In this video I highlight different mods on my truck and explain some of the trucks history. No I do not rub on the rear wheel wells that was supposed to be edited out, I was referring to how much lift it had in the rear. People saying 2 inch is 2 small for true duals on an engine that's less than 300hp are dumb. 2 2 inch pipes is equal to one 4 inch pipe in flow. Fuggin tards

Dude I get the whole sentimental value part my grandma has had hers since 2000 and it's 97 I spent alot of childhood in it and I can't wait to get it

I’m 48 and drive a 10th gen. Great trucks especially with the 4.6

@@caballeroz7163 I get that! The 2002 is now on its second motor(dropped a valve in the original) and it has a mild cam, shorty headers, and a true dual glass pack exhaust. The thing sounds like a monster truck haha
I mean it sounds good, but why such a small pipe?
I’ve had 2.5, 2.25, and the last that I switched to on the f150 was 2 inch. It gives more chop and less drone

What size lift kit you got
I got a 98 XLT... nothing wrong with it except the rust holes and rotted out rocker panels 😆

Me personally I like the white and chome combination. I have a ford f150 2003 XLT ext cab. And I put chrome door handles and mirror caps. I even got a chrome honey comb grille. Chrome foot rails, and tail lights and headlights
I gotta take an ummmm zanax now. But seriously, love the 10th gem!!’ 4.6 2v love baby. 5.4 too! The last of the great workhorses but with the much improved suspension and handling over the old I beam setups of the previous generations. Best handling, metal to plastic ratio trucks Ford made!

@@llblueli9080 It was done back in ‘15 so I don’t remember everything but check custom offsets website for prices. 33 mud grapps 20x10 fuel maverick rough country spindle lift and springs

Good job dude! The rims and tires are sick’ as far as the chrome rear view mirrors’yea they need to be flat black or white’ I have 99 5.4 ‘’’’129xxx’ first truck ‘‘They are good trucks
The 4.6 is one of the best engines Ford has ever made.

I got a ehaust tip on know bc the police were being dicks and I like the look of a side pipe everyone ik agrees it sounds better dosent give you a headache anymore lol my freinds like my side pipe with a duel tip it sounds good and looks good to
10th gen f150s can last a long time if you take care of them
The German blooded Gamer So true, this truck gets taken care of very very well. With the history and sentimental value it just makes sense
How/where did you get the white front bumper?
I’m going to do a video on the conversion but I used Diplo-color perfect match. It turned out awesome

You got a solid truck. I'm 31 and have a 2018 focus st but I just bought a 01 f150 and love the f150. Strong, reliable and can do anything and everything with it with no car payment. Treat it good and it'll last you.
Ben Valenzuela Appreciate it, My daily is a 2017 z71 but this truck stays in the family since it was my parents first truck. Keep an eye for new videos soon with the f150

Some v8s with 2 inch all the way back around 300 and bigger displacement will have too much back pressure with 2 inch piping im gonna throw 2 1/4, or 2 1/2 on my 5.2
