This is a collection of my favorite B-roll shots that my daughter and I have taken over the years. She's not a bad videographer if I say so myself. My wife said this played like an homage to the West Coast of the US, and I have to agree. Music credit to M83. The soundtrack of my life.

Summer adventures! Road trip north to Seattle by way of California, Nevada, Arizona (briefly), Utah (lots of Utah!!!), Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and finally Washington. Bummed around the Northwest and then headed over to Germany before heading back south through Oregon and finally back to California. All in all, not a bad summer.

This is my daughter Chloe. She's 9 years old, and we've been working on this piece for a few months. The range of this piece is a bit of stretch for Chloe, as she's a natural alto, but I think she managed the high notes fairly well. This video is mostly for my mom, but if you found your way here, I hope you enjoy it.

My daughter and I playing "My Heart Will Go On". This video is for my mom. She pushed me to play piano for years and I always hated it. When I finally got older, I realized how special of a gift she had given me. I've been teaching my daughter since she was six (she's nine now). Paying it forward to the next generation. I love you mom.

I'm so sorry that you've had experiences that have led you to this perspective. It's a great big world, and unfortunately there's a lot of negative in it. But, there's also a lot of positive in it as well. You just have look for it. Or, sometimes, you just have to be patient and good things and good times will circle back around. Cherish you children. Respect yourself. And of course, love all the beauty and magic in the universe that God created.

What an awesome video for this song. It’s quite emotional to think how much we abuse this planet and not appreciate it as much as other countries.
The US created the first National Park. There's the EPA. And there are many great organizations devoted to protecting the resources we have. And of course, every time we all go out in the world we have the opportunity to leave it a better place.
I take it you've never traveled. Check out India and China who has most of the world's population.

This is exactly why McCreary wrote this song - an incredible expression of father-daughter love. I'm sure Chloe (probably an adult now) will carry this memory with her for the rest of her life.

She can read those sheets like they're instructions on how to ride a bike and I wish I had a parent like you to teach me how to play the guitar or drums... some kids are just lucky to have parents involved and passionate about music.
