I mean in the beginning of the video you even put hearts on the laptop screen so you face doesnt show but later in the video you show almost the whole face, only eyes not.. I think what you're experiencing is something called "monophobia" which is a perception that being in solitude is undesirable. This social conditioning stems from the culture we are raised in and the environment you seek (unintentionally). This can lead to feelings of anxiousness and hesitation. Don't hold yourself back from enjoying life and being in solitude. It's such a beautiful and freeing feeling when you overcome these challenges. Enjoy being in the moment and being mindful of how you feel when you are alone There is meaning and beauty in everything that we do and everywhere we go. <3
