Horse crap....AMF had labor issues, but had actual engineers that were instrumental in developing the Evo motor....my Shovels all ran great, but I have ridden an Evo for years now and will never upgrade to the crap they build now....the perils of getting absorbed by an equity corporation...

I have 2 shovels never had any problems with them I put 125000 on 1 & 256000 other other 1

H-D had the V- Rod and they quit making the bike , stupid!!!!

79 fxef and 80 flt similar to old brit cars. best was 97 RK with 80 inch evo my shovels were great paperweights now on my 8th twin cam learning what to do and not to do! at least I have had none of these 7 well except the shovels!!
