How I built the Ultimate Nut & Bolt Tread Checker
Every workshop needs one of these! Why waste time digging through junk bins trying to find a matching thread just to find out what it is? Forget anymore needless trips to the hardware store! It's now or never. Can we get it running after sitting for years? I was planning on doing a full frame-off restoration but I am running out of time left above ground. I modify a Topfit phone mount for Tesla Model Y & Model 3
มุมมอง 2822 ปีที่แล้ว
How to fix obscured speedometer reading on Tesla display for 2022! Topfit provides the best phone mount location for a Tesla in my opinion. No Lathe needed to install bronze bushings with a nice tight interference fit at each end. I show an example using 2" OD housing steel housing material with 1" ID bronze bushings to make a sturdy, weldable housing for a 1" OD shaft. This has lots of applications for a solid pivot point where high strength is desired. Or, a lever mechanism that needs minimal play and slop. Impossible? Follow alo...

A video showing how you drilled through the box cutter blade and shaped it without ruining it's hardness would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing. The application I'll be using these is for a little rotomolder that will roll into an oven to melt the polyethylene. It'd be too hot for normal bearings.
