September 2022 I purchased my first bike RE Hunter 350. On april 2023 after 2nd service of the bike , the bike used to hiccup alot. Random pops from the exhaust and missfiring. But no engine check light or anything like that. One fine day I took my bike with my father to visit a hospital nearby my home around 1-1.5 kms. The bike went perfectly alright till hospital. But while coming the bike did not start. There was more than half a tank of fuel. I pushed my bike till home. Parked it there, Called the rsa. They came , they checked and said it needs to be towed to the service centre since the fuel pump is faulty. Next day towing vehicle arrives, towed my vehicle to the service centre. They took over seven days to replace the fuel pump. Even if it is free of cost because of warranty, I lost my time. But ya all these are experiences. Have learnt something new.

RE bike models launch and sales mein busy ho gayi hai. Basics par se focus hat gaya hai ke after sales service par brand survive karta hai

Aap me bahut patience hai. RE jaise ghatiya company aajtak nahi dekhi except OLA. Ola is on another level

Mai apni Himalayan Bechraha hu .. tang aa gaya hu usse... meri bhi 2022 modal. Aap bhi bechdo 🙏. Kab tak pareshaan hote rahenge ... Royal Enfiled ek no. ki ghatiya bikes banati hai .. aur service center walo ko bhi kuch aata pata nahi rahta issue to thik kaise kare... har din ka sirr dard hai. Hope you sell it soon and get something more reliable.🙏

Same problem I'm facing in Himalyan BS6 , bike stopped working in traffic 2 times, and Royal Enfield is not able to find the problem. First time when i faced this issue they sad battery problem. Second time when i faced this problem they are saying fuel pump is not working you will have to change fuel pump. And fuel pump costs 9 thousand. After changing pump they will check another issue. Firstly they cleaned fuel tank they sad "kachra tha fuel me clean kr diya" after sometime they sad fuel pump is not working you will have to change it.
