Just watched this (great) episode and I couldn't get enough of her sound, music and elegant style (instantly fell in love with this lady). I searched all over for more of her singing like and only found a few more subtle music videos. A very talented woman! The closing song is equally impressive.

I just purchased the set, used, and I remembered this moment. Welp, the disk for this episode is scratched, and just before this scene, so I came here to watch it. Thanks.

I've watched this scene dozens of times and this is the first time I realized how outmatched Earth force really was. 3 Sharlin class cruisers and a Whitestar versus 2 Nova and 1 Hyperion class heavy cruiser. 1 Sharlin cruiser alone could easily take out all of the Earth ships. They were smart to turn around.

That was the greatest moment of Ambassador Delenn (portrayed by Mira Furlan who passed away in 2021). We shall never forget that scene when she stood in front of the Earth Alliance spaceships which came from Earth to take control of Babylon 5 by force. They obeyed illegal orders from President Lewis Clark. The Minbari soaceships arrived just in time to avoid the worst for the space station. She shall be remembered by all Babylon 5 fans worldwide. R.I.P. Mira Furlan.

I love the fact that the Earth fleet doesn't even waste the extra minute going to the jump gate. They're just like "Yes, ma'am" and form their own jump points.

This section of dialogue is one of the best written for any show. Period. Especially if you know the history of the Earth/Minbari war.

I'm not sure just how many times I've watched this scene, on DVD and TH-cam. Hasn't gotten old yet.

One thing I love about B5 is how some of the minor characters end up with more screen time when the actor did a good job. Joshua Cox, Jeff Conaway, Maggie Egan, others

Just a reminder that right after this scene, they showed us a hallway full of dead and dying soldiers. These scene is badass, but Babylon 5 was always quick to remind us war is never "cool." Especially when the enemy are your own.

Just re-watched this episode (it's on Tubi)! God this moment still gives me so many chills. Mira Furlan was an incredible actress and even more incredible human being.

The omega class destroyer was supposed to be built to go head on vs a Minbari Shar’lan. Guess these guys figured today wasn’t the day to find out if it was really the case
