We're Shane and Chie Krueger. We have three amazing kids who are all grown now. We're newly "Empty Nesters" and have transitioned from living in our beautiful home in Texas to moving into our RV Full Time to travel and soak in what this beautiful country has to offer. Slow and steady wins the race! So glad to be getting back after it but man that cold took a toll on me! Next couple days are supposed to be rainy but one way or another we’ll find time to get some type of workout in!! It’s a choice to prioritize daily exercise. Make fitness fun and functional.
