Almost everyone got the information about Zeno's power from the anime war, it's just fan made, the real power has not been announced yet and it probably doesn't stop at the low multiverse, goku ssj 1 can easily destroy it, don't you believe me? In the battle of gods arc, goku and beerus almost destroyed the whole universe, you think it was mostly because of beerus? No, goku counterattacked with a punch as strong as beerus to prevent the destruction of the universe. And let me expand on Goku's scale. Dbz universe holds heaven, heaven transcends dimensions, heaven could scales up to high hyperversal (Check out the author's own Dbz cosmology and read again what is hyperversal level on battle wiki), Goku and Beerus almost destroyed the whole universe (dbz universe), Goku absords the ssj god power into his base form. In coclusion: Base Goku is Hyperversal. ( see again the Battle of Gods before debating with me). Yeah, it's just is Goku's scale in his base form, We haven't even mentioned the power of the Angels, the Grand Priest and... Zeno, an Omni-king.
