+nationalist Jew I apologise if you consider this insensitive, but through a scientific perspective there is no correlation between exposure to *Radio* waves and any form of cancer. Radio waves are on the complete opposite end of the electromagnetic spectrum to anything that can be considered ionising. Radio waves are the least energetic category of electromagnetic waves meaning that regular light from a lamp would be more likely to cause harm than a radio wave (visible light isn't harmful either). It's easy to draw a conclusion, given your friend's profession that there is a cause effect relationship.

John Murray I hope the towers are safe. They are very new yet, and time will tell whether or not this is one of those instances where people will say, "We just didn't know better back then." Like the brilliant idea of radioactive makeup for women. Sounds obviously bad to us now in hindsight, but back then it seemed very safe. We still don't know all the possible ways those newly created cell tower waves may be affecting our bodies on a microscopic level.

John Murray In the time of radioactive makeup, there had also been amazing technological advances. There's still so very much we don't know. And there will undoubtedly be many more advances in the future. But the only way to really know for sure if it is safe for humans to be exposed to a lifetime of waves coming from today's cell towers is for people to live a lifetime with the cell towers. I wish they wouldn't do that experiment on the whole world at the same time.

+nationalist Jew this is coming from a person who does this line of work for a living and working on the towers i can honestly say that most times the antenna's are NOT turned off. and u told from the beggining to say out of line of them as much has possible.. i have worked in front of a high band antenna (umts/gsm) for the other tower workers and what happens is i get a extremely bad migraine but i chose this line of work and i love it. but for the pedestrians on the ground or 3ft + away from them you are getting very very very small amounts of rf. theres people that do this for 15 years plus for a living 5 days a week and are perfectly fine.. who knows maybe ur right it does cause issues further down our life span but i wouldnt jump to blame cell sites.. but this is the cost of people because everyone needs smart phones and the fastest streaming or faster text messages just so they can cause accidents while driving..
