I'm also facing the same issue. Started with 20 flowers on either sides, but after 2-3 rows it's become 22. One side is straight, but the other has become diagonal like a trapezium

Hey! I just had the same issue as you guys and I think I figured out why that is. So the flower color is only supposed to have 5dcs in the V part of the green. There’s an opening in between each V and it’s easy to get it confused with the opening you’re actually supposed to put it in. I ended up putting 5dcs in the V area but also in between the V openings and that’s how mine ended up expanding. Thankfully I caught it early and I was able to just pull it apart before finishing the row but yeah double check if you accidentally put the flowers in the opening between the green V areas like I did
