Basically, a (sort of) how to / tutorial video of a print job from start to finish, using plastisol ink and plastisol heat transfers for The Best Clothing Company/Annual Bapa's Beach shirts for summer 2022. I mainly screen print with an occasional use of heat transfers, both plastisol and vinyl.

Scottsdale Video was a legendary store that was here long before the Blockbuster Videos, Hollywood Videos, Video Updates, etc. were ever heard of in Arizona. I worked there for 8 fun-filled years and met a ton of people along the way, some of whom are still friends of mine to this day. Scottsdale Video was a big part of my life!

thank you for the video. I learned this process in the early 80's by cutting the film with a hobby knife and burning it to the screen.

we were doin big runs we had a big dryer and a flash for the auto and manual on had to use the flash on some shirts didnt really know thats wat people did that didnt have dryers just flash it quick

Rohit Aashu Negi yes. If you have the proper chemical to wash the old ink and emulsion off of the screen.

Bio-1 ink remover. just look around online for an emulsion remover. You typically use 2 different chemicals
