Skyrim Dawnguard: becoming a vampire
so you rescue Harkon's daughter and take her to Fort Dawnguard. her father offers you a gift as a reward - vampirism.
personally I didn't like it so I went back to my pre-vampirism save to continue the game as a mortal but just to show you what it looks like, here's my character's transformation.

I haaate those Nix Oxs. they're super creepy and annoying. PS: I accidentally switched costumes a few times when I tried to swap my weapons. xD

Skyrim Pro Tip: if you lead dragons to giants or mammoths they will kill them for you
