@@Idkzack You're right. The Dark Star 2.0 (Many jokes had) rips. I had it on low and got a nice soft rolling boil of 6 gallons for 60 minutes and it looks like very little gas used.

NP! I love it, but I do have some tips that I'll probably put in a follow up eventually: 1. Keep all your lines inside the fridge neat. I have some velcro zip ties (amzn.to/3A3Oc7C) that help keep them in one large bundle so its not all over the place. 2. Try to have as little gas line in the fridge as possible. It gets pretty chaotic with the cables and 4 kegs so if you have any secondary regulators (www.morebeer.com/products/duotight-inline-regulator-gauge.html?a_aid=zack), keep them outside. This makes it a breeze to change the pressure without keeping the door open and fiddling with everything. 3. Use plumbers teflon tape on any threaded connectors (from the hardware store) and use the wrench that comes with the fridge to tighten the CO2 regulator. It costs 1$ and can save you a ton of CO2 by sealing bad joints. 4. Use a spray bottle with soapy water to check all your seals for the first time (on the gas line and connectors). This sounds like a pain in the ass so I didn't do it and wasted like 30$ of CO2 and a bunch of time getting more lol. Once you get it dialed in, you don't need to do anything. Cheers!

Zack, thanks for the great review! I have been considering buying one of these and there aren't that many reviews out there so this helps. I have lots of questions for you. Most importantly, have you brewed with it yet? How did it go? How did the fermenting go? What was your boil off rate? Do you think it would be possible at all to brew a batch? Any larger than 5 gallons? With this? I would like to reach somewhere between 6 and 1/2 and 7 and 1/2 gallons. Let me know. Thank you!
