That is some superb tin whistle playing! The second reel of the first set seems to be a version of a Shetland reel written by the late great Willie Hunter called "The Cape Breton Fiddler's Welcome To Shetland"

His playing of even common tunes is so surprising. It’s like he can hear aspects of the melody that the rest of us can’t, and then he plays it out loud for us to hear. Amazing, and so great that he found a competent pianist!
