Dude please check my other videos first before you comment something like this. 1. I was asked not to share the location, so i have to respect the wishes of the owner 2. If im allowed to share the location i will i have no problem sharing i love helping people to get new locations. I my self struggle to get places to fish and want others to get to fish new locations. But if im asked not to share i cant. 3. This place has been closed and no one can fish here anymore.

I love the rod. My first decent rod ive had that wasn’t a combo rod and its insane!!! My distance in throwing has gone up by atleast 50M and love the feel of it when a fish is on. Really cant say anything bad about it

Its definitely something to get used to to but, once you get it its so helpful and life changing interms of your casting you’ll never go back to casting without one

@@waynevandyk670 don't know why everyone goes for this super long rods.Been brainwashed that a 14ft-15ft is the best for but actually it depends on your build and style.Downscaled to 13ft en 12ft rods now my casting have improved and my catch rate has gone up since I fish more comfortable!

I started off with a 12 then went to a 13 and now im on 14ft. And really like the 14. So guess it all comes to preferences

So the small setup is a medium heavy 7ft rod from assassin and a small 2000 assassin reel i think. The big setup where i lost the kob is the euphoria 14ft 4-6oz and the bigboss 8000 with 40lb braid

Yeah its horrible. Making a move to langebaan this weekend till Christmas. Hoping to get some video and some nice fish!!!

SO jealous. I think I got most of my tackle sorted now. I have 6 long sea rods I guess 10 to 13 ft and 6 shorter ones for bass and boating. I really want to learn how to cast with Penn style reels, but I do have a bunch of spinning reels too if I can;t figure it out. Also have an Alvey 500C I have never used. A metric tonne oh lead sinkers, and a lot of hooks, but those look a bit rusty so will get new ones. I plan to still go to the sea this month. I love Langebaan but we always went out on the lagoon with a boat. Wouldn't know where to fish from land, and there are plente of reserves too. @@AQuaticTv101

Yeah i dont even bother with penn hahahah i know i wont be able too get that right. There are a lot of spots to get fish from the shore but very hard to get something decent. The stompies are piranhas. Hopefully sometime next year ill be able to get on the lagoon more.

I personally like my braid. My bigboss 8000 is completely spooled with 40lb boss braid. I know i can get kob and a nice size spotty on it and its super sensitive to show even the smallest of fish biting.
