MSI Crosshair 17 A11UDK Reverts back to deafult windows calibration every time I go to "Display settings". I then have to go back to Colorvision (Spyder2) Profile chooser to load my monitor calibration profile.
В камере IFP упало давление, нужно накачать 500 psi.
Same Shit on mine
I have a new bike with this shock. The fully to the right position the lever has more play. I think its just that the adjustment is effectively off.. Mine is the same as this... Its normal
mine always had play. yesterday when going down a trail it switched to MID and caused me to crash. Ran over a rock back tire jumped because if the lack of travel... Now I have a broken wrist.
Mine is completely messed up coming from an Orbea. It’s open and no clicks on medium and firm, just one loose setting after open.
What's the red ring for?
Rebound damping adjustments
Danke ✌🙂
Anyone else think the rebound on the 35 does naff all?
Did you get it fixed?
Mine dose that is normal
Lol this video is misleading. If you can feel three stages of compression differences in your shock, open, firm and lockout, then there is no problem with your lever.
Normal
same as mine its normal
whats the point
Does it wobble on the bike with the axle tight? Because the end cap is just a cap, some don't thread or press on
same on mine
Same on my trance x 29, am 29 wheels. The issue apparently is that the o-ring inside is loose, (pull the cone you'll see how it's hanging on, this is bullshit engineering ) Giant fix under warranty: change the O-ring. Same issue after o-ring change this hub is shit I ordered a Onyx. Brand new bike...
Por q ase eso
My 35 Gold makes the same sound.... and i serarched the internet and found this ;) Normal?
I must be the luckiest bastard in the world, I seem to get all the faulty gadgets.. hopefully I find the right woman to spend my life with.
I did a service and changed all the bushing, problem solved, no more leak!
I have tested other bikes on my local BS (Bike Shops ok!) they exhibit all the same "characteristic". But i have returned this bike a looong time ago. I now have a Giant Trance that I'm so happy with, and upgraded the fork with Fox.
What fox fork did you put on & what year model trance ?
Problem solved! Just changed the shifter to a Shimano XT and SLX gears... fucking Japanese shit! LOL
Hi, I was looking for a video with my same problem. It is the first shock absorber that I have bought and I thought that it was not normal. In the first routes it did not and now after 30 hours of use it does. So, when you open it for inspection, are there no components with premature wear?
thats normal, you have your rebound set slow. open up your rebound some and it goes away. its the sound of fluid going through a smallish hole, you know like a slow rebound would.
Useless video. Do you not know how to explain and talk?
I got a blown Giant Crest 34 fork. Do they have any solutions?
Dude mine is a 2022 float and the lever can spin all the away around uggggg
Mine is on a 2023 trek fuel ex7 and does the same thing. What's the deal with the sloppy lever Fox?
@@mattmorrison9379did you fibs a fix mine also spins 360
Does anyone feel like the medium setting makes no difference at all or is that just me
I feel a difference in mines
Bad fork with bad bushings
No your just a snob
Mine did that and then blew. Still trying to get it fixed. Hopefully you have a better bike shop than I do. My guys spent their childhood riding into trees without helmets on.
Trying to get mine set up correctly. What air pressure do you run? No matter what I do, the sag tends to stay at 50%.
I already forgot my settings, but I know I followed the Fox guide. I haven't been to the trails for months because I hate the heat and scared of snakes.
More pressure. It will sag less. Physics.
As a pressure, a good baseline is to run in psi the same you weigh in pounds lbs
@@joriz5869you really need to grow some balls.....
I’m assuming you are adjusting the air pressure. I have the same “issue” when following the OEM recommendations, its sagged at >40%. If I add more air, the sag vary very little
Hi i also have this issue ,noticed it yesterday , how did you resolve the leak
It's normal...
I have the same bike, and my lever is able to go right around in a counter-clockwise direction, from the open to the locked positions. I'm a newbie and this is my first real bike so I thought nothing of it. However, it caught my attention during a video on shocks, and now seeing this makes me wonder if mine needs servicing. Exact same Polygon Siskiu T8 bike. Owned for less than 2 months.
It should stop and it should go around.
There's a little allen bolt H1.5 on the black hole next to the red roller, u have to tighten it so it doesn't allow the lever to go all around
Just turn your little knob on your shifter to the right until it stops in all cogs
Your bike looks new. That is normal. A damper makes noise.
I have a giant as well and also jave play - maybe this is the reason. Haven't looked into it yet tho.
It's just the damper sloshing around oil
Same on mine
Its the rebound knob at bottom, slower rebound will cause air sound. my chain also dropped. wrong offset Praxis chainring was installed. i put a 3mm offset Wolftooth and much better chainline now
Yep the 3mm offset solved it, Praxis sent a replacement chainring..m
My fork is making same noise. Never made the noise for the first 6 runs though. Wonder what it could be?
I have asked people and they said it's normal sound.I serviced the fork and still making the same sound. I bought a Fox fork but haven't put it in yet, it's sitting in my garage.
Good call. Fox will be my next fork for sure!
I’ve got this on my 1 hour brand new Giant. Giant dealer can’t seem to fix it for me.
That's not good
@@joriz5869 did you guys find a fix? I abandoned the project for my trance X but I'm curious to see what dealers do about this, since there's no real fix... maybe a bigger O-ring inside the cap. Wtf Giant 😂
Se le puede agregar disco duro interno? A esa laptop?
hi, sorry i don't understand...
Set the speeds. Its easy to do there are a lot of tutorials on yt
What do you mean by "speeds"? I am waiting for a SLX set, except the shifter, which will be XT...
@@joriz5869 The are screws on your shifter. With these you can set your shifter.
@@simonschell9180 OIC, I already did that, thanks
hello, me too does that movement in locking, I wanted to ask you if it is normal or there is something broken
I have had 2 of the samr models on bikes frim different brands and they are the same...
So are you telling me that movement is normal?
@@saveriospeziali8217 yes
That's normal, service every 125 hours of use. Totally normal for a tiny amount of oil to collect there
it's dry now and I am having stiction
@@joriz5869 buy wpl suspension lube, put some on the stanchion then compress the suspension, wipe off the excess.
my fork 35 GOLD RL makes the same sound. That's all right? Or does he have a problem? Should I look for warranty service? THX !
the local bike shop said it's normal
hi, same problem. was it open or lockout?
@@acetong28 it's fully open
I think it the valve under side of the fork , it is for slowing down the rebound , it uses air for it
Ist bei mir auch so. Was da los
does it have rebound?
Yes, the Red part
Could someone please explain what the 3 positions of that lever are meant for? I have an older model and was playing around with it and tried screwing it in by turning it clockwise because it felt loose and it kept making loud popping noises with each turn.
1. lockout - not real lockout 2. Mid - when you have up and down trails, 3. Full send ! :)
@@joriz5869not real lock…good news for me cause I’d brought used bike and I thank that it was wrong 😅
@@joriz5869 Yep The 'firm' isnt really full lockout but the suspension is firm enough for trail or road riding...
