I got really excited when I heard the author was Lou Cadle. I heard his audiobook "GRAY" Awhile back and it was a really great story!! I haven't finished this one yet, but so far it's pretty good. Thank you for sharing!!

I don't know. I like this story, but I feel like the tension is missing. People just start showing up and then it's murdering time. I feel like it needed more build up.

Simply takes too long for the plot . Should be half as long. Compares poorly to the best of similar books, such as Lost Tribe, Odd Bille Todd, No direction home or After it Happens. They are, my five stars. This is a three. But easy to listen to whilst doing gardening.

It seems to me that Lou Cadle might have forgotten the three forms of energy. Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical. Or perhaps it was his character Dev. Wind up clocks, typewriters, phonographs, black powder, acids and bases crystal radios. Lots of turn of the 20 th century technology

Halfway through the audio. Really an excellent story and making everyone think a bit. Have to admit though I hate all the whata could’ve should’ve might be could be. Way too much. More mental battle Time without direction. No wonder they’re always exhausted

Thank goodness this is fiction- just like the story of fossil fuels. Petroleum is abiotic and is part of the natural environment. The biggest part of this is the lie of fossil fuels. What a joke.

Read most of these books. The beginning was good. The ending was great. There is not enough superlatives in my lexicon to tell how great the entirety of the books were. The grittiness and violence were almost overwhelming
