While I do love hitting there is nothing that compares to throwing a runner out on the bases. I may not get the call every time or other things go wrong and the play is not made but regardless after I have done all I can do it's on to the next play. I look down to the Pitching Coach for the next pitch and location and ready to get back to work. 130 innings behind the plate this season with 133 putouts for a fielding% of .993 allowing only 1 error. I pride myself on playing sound defense and look forward to getting better over the winter for next season.

Looks to me like he's just drawing a line because the hitters boxe's line closet to the plate is gone. He draws the line and then puts his feet parallel to it. I think afterwards, he just thought this would be a better post..

Look at the catcher, where he caught that ball. It was a strike. The batter was just pissed. If he turned and looked at me and then did that with the bat, he would of been talking to his coach on the bench!!!!

Catcher just knows how to frame the pitch. Moving your body L and R and catching center mass also works well. I used to get complimented by umps for my framing abilities cause a good pitch is nothing without a good catch. Miss these days!
