Not sure it’s overrated, it gives a significant damage boost to both specials which few gears do. The power gain increase is very helpful and both these attributes are only really found in tantu and heart of darkness which are S and A tier. The dot might not be world changing in online, but it does 10 percent of the total health of an opponent, both campaign and survival have enemies with over 1 million health and it makes the ibistick a top 5 gear for those modes. Special bombing gears are overturned and have lots of competition, but ibistick is clearly a top tier gear.

Wasnt aware of its lore in the comics but in game, what hurts it a lot is the massive amount of competition from 3 star gears, and the fact that specials are currently more meta than basic attacks. I dont disagree that its a great gear, but if "one of the best offensive gears" means top 5, then no its not a top 5 offensive gear.

All of the S ranked gears you obtain by ranking in the top 5 percent of online mode during their respective seasons. You can also get them via 800 Nth metal packs. Master death cart should be available in about a month youll need maybe 500k battle rating to get it.

Raven could go to A tier but no higher for me, Kandaq is fun but ultimately middling. Hawk girl doesn’t even make the cut for earth two as killer frost is better than her on that team, which means the only way you justify using her is as a stun bomber with the gears you mention, however she isn’t even top 10 for using those gears, there isn’t a scenario where i would rather have e2 flash on my team instead of her

@@kingklause936 i agree about Kandaq, raven is really personal taste i agree about that, but Hawkgirl is great because of how simple her passive is. She can stop anybody except red son gl in their tracks by stunning then Sp2.

I do think Batman could go up a tier it’s just that he is slightly more gear reliant than the other S tiers imo

Best team would be either flashpoint or blackest night. However for pure synergy I think redson depend/gain the most from being with each other.

Yeah you can do that strat but I think that just lessens it’s effect, inj 2 supes would be much happier if tantu didn’t exist

They are challenge characters either wait for their challenge week or buy challenge pack. Aquaman pack that shows up is an easy way to get inj 2 aqua man

Not really it’s just a niche downgrade of the cloak of destiny. Not having its own stun attached makes it bad on any character without built in stun. It’s best thing is that it has good synergy with blackest night flash, who’s the most broken character in the game than he makes it seem better than it is

Depends on what team I’m going for and my gears. Got basic attack gears and need damage on your team nightwing.

Thanks super pill is a difficult one to place as it has a lot of competition from 3 star gears which makes it really hard to see it’s true value. I just feel that special based gears are better overall than basic attack gears

Horrid stats and get one shot too easily so his passive doesn’t activate. Even if it does he has too little damage to do anything about it.

He could be in E as it’s so little difference that it’s mainly just preference and since he’s almost worst than silver flash there is no real reason to have him on your team

Joker is almost an instant loss of you kill him at the wrong time. This gear list wasn’t only judging characters when they have 450 gear score which is why bn Batman is only A as he isn’t as blatantly overpowered with less gear

You can get them through challenges or online rewards. Although for online you gotta place top 5% or higher. You can also purchase booster packs from the store to get them but it's gonna be a random character. For metal characters you have to save up nth metal to purchase nth metal packs. Nth metal can come survivor mode and online battle rewards. And also the the phantom sone event.

@@kingklause936 She was for a little while, but I've since gotten Arkham Knight Catwoman and Prime Batgirl maxed. I just got Zatanna like 5 times out of 10 or so challenge packs and I just said "screw it." She's fun with the Ibistick, and I've mastered getting the correct result from her sp2

@@malachilatroy Herself or Batman, depending on what you need. Joker is obviously bad, Deathstroke's DOT is super weak, and Wonder Woman's damage increase is lost on tag-out. Herself heals for 50% of max HP, which is super solid to make up for her poor stats, and batman's full power drain can be useful.
