Just picked up this 1976 Honda CT70 on marketplace. looks like a barn find, being that it is not very weathered, it got a bath and didn't look too bad, but will it run? Here is a run down of let's find fuel, compression and spark. Did I find a good deal or a money pit?

RPS Hawk 250X with Nibbi carburetor upgrade.

This is my 3rd test run on this Hawk X. Lower Alabama at about 94 degrees and high humidity. 1st run was with a #115 Main and was too rich. we did a de-cat and it ran even richer. Jetted to a #110 and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for watching.

Here is a time lapse of 3 guys with experience assembling an RPS GK200-8 Go Kart. this a 3 hours, so this will give you an idea of what's involved in getting one from us vs. ordering one in a crate. Non running RPS 150cc sport quad was brought in not running and with multiple problems. The diagnostics and repairs to get it running again. This includes the electrical, carburetor and chain drive issues.

Took a lap on their turbo track near the pavilion at Grand River Motorsports park. The bike is a 2014 KTM 450 SX-f. Knocked the camera down on the jump that is on the final straight. Great track for learning!

ATV Starter diagnose and replace

This 125cc quad came in as a no-start. we diagnosed the staring circuit and determined the starter was bad. We continued by replacing the starter. It turned out to be locked up.

How much are you selling this bike for?
I love the idea of the 249.9cc engine, I bet with a little tuning, gearing, and modding it be an 80mph bike. This is the next bike I plan on buying. Good review. Thank You
I own the 2023 model, blue. The speedo came not working, the fuel level sensor never worked, the spokes were loose, the valves were super tight, The horn button stopped working, the headlight is dangerously dim, the air box hose kinks up soon as it gets hot a few times and chokes the engine, the rear master cylinder blew out, and the gas tank started leaking around 1000 miles (6 leaks in all. Around the seams and front bracket). Lots and lots of loctite applications. The bike is now at 1900ish miles and running great. Just a fun damn bike to ride and tinker on. Has never left me stranded. The engine is solid. I would buy another. None of the issues were hard or expensive. Think ive dropped around $250 into a $1478 bike to fix the above issues, which were all upgrades and mods i would have done eventually anyway.
Hey man, we're you leaking from a hose that connects to what looks like to be fuel injector of some sort?
No the tank came apart at seams and bolt plates from vibration even with the rubber dampeners
If you buy a jfg racing exhaust, this will eliminate a lot of vibration

hey man i got a nibbi carb and it came with a new intake manifold but it dosent have a vacuum line at the top like the old one does i just was wondering does your hawk have a vacuum line to the intake manifold if so with the pe28 did you have to change your intake manifolds or could you use the original one? i have the pe30 and it dosent match up with the original intake manifold so i have to use the new one wich dosent have the hole for the vacuum line could i just plug the line ?

Where did you purchase this unit from. Don't like many of the other units that mount the cooler lower on the frame.

These use a 428.
Thanx. Looks straight forward. I have a magician I'm upgrading. After the sprocket change going to add oil cooler for these upcoming summer months.
Should be pretty much the same. I will probably do a magician also soon.
What camera are you using?
I’m using an old GoPro hero 3. I guess it was a bit dusty that day.

What chain lube is recommended?
We use champion.
