Oh, and Blackhawk plaza is dead….shops are closed and a movie theater is supposed to be occupied but doesn’t seem to be happening…..

Dame caused my townhouse to “slide”…. He wrongly built on land that was not prepared to be built on….i now have to pay a huge assessment fee every month….

I'm in pleasanton which is much more easier commute to silicon valley than San Ramon and Danville. It has a Bart station easy ride to SF too.

Blackhawk Plaza has become a terrible eye sore, completely run down, ponds where ducks would hang out is now cesspool green, water stagnant and looks like an open sewer. Most of the shops are closed, and it's now completely run down and needs to be torn down. Worse than awful.

Best East Bay city is Alameda.

I've lived in SR well over 20 years, we moved here because of the schools and excellent location to many other things to do in the Bay Area without living in the big cities!

Did you know that San Ramon was ranked #11 safest city in California for 2022. It's no wondering San Ramon is so sought after! What is important to you in a neighborhood?

I really regretted moving here after finding out that Laudemer Arboleda was illegally shot to death by a police officer in 2018 and the officer was not charged until 3 years later, when by that time the officer had already killed another person. And on both bases the sheriff Livingston did absolutely nothing and in fact the town supported this officer and even reelected the sheriff. That officer is now in prison but the sheriff who supported him has the wide support of our public. I saw firsthand how disinterested most Danvilians were in this issue and how insular and uninformed they tend to be. They care about their dogs, Lululemon, and cycling. It is called a bubble for a reason. Those ratings about best cities to live and safest cities to live only apply to those with privilege. So Danville has earned a reputation for racism thanks to these kinds of issues. I had no idea about any of this before moving to Danville and neither do most people who live here because they don't read reputable news sources. KTVU, Mercury News, East Bay Times, and DanvilleSanRamon are all good sources to check regularly and stay informed about what is actually happening here.
