A supposed scholar doesn't have the time to refute Shirk with Allah? Subhanallah. Alhamdulillah, yes we are shadeed regarding matters of tawheed. Umar (RA) beat up a man who spoke falsely of Islam and exiled him, yet you expect us to not be shadeed on these matters? As for this supposed metaphorical interpretation, go look for yourselves at some of the reputations of the Burdah, and please explain how this metaphorical interpretation is derived.

And the reason why they fall for it that easily is due to two simple things: 1. they’re more concerned about standing against the insult against THEM and Islam - rather than recognizing the truth and therefore not being offended by it. 2. They do not know Islamic history! Especially Muhammad [saw]’s life story in true sense. From the time of his birth, till he became a Man and until he died as a Prophet. So when you’re ignorant - you easily believe the lies and get offended.

THIS is why for a sane true Muslim to recognize the figure in the film as our Prophet [saw] is basically thinking our Prophet really did those things, which is forged. Historically, even the slaughtering of the 800 Jews was something he never ordered. But people don’t know this. The person they try to visualize is a completely fabricated person whom they're trying to link to Muhammad [saw] - and Muslims - even the faithful ones fall for it!

Two people may speak the same words, but the intention behind it makes them two completely different characters. And all incidences in the movie depict a completely different character than the Prophet himself, so HOW can Muslims recognize that figure as him? It could have been just ANYONE in that period of time.

I'm reading it right now. And that's exactly why I think it's mind-numbingly idiotic to say that he's been insulted. See, for a person to be insulted you'd have to reveal something he HAS DONE 100% morally WRONG.I'm not saying our prophet [pbuh] for example never killed - but the movie takes it out of the context and therefore it is illigimate and invalid.Why don't you explain to me ONE specific scene in the movie which is true and NOT lacking any surrounding conditions? Should be interesting...

Whoa, if you'd actually read the Quran and the Hadiths in detail you would know that many situations surrounding Muhammad depicted in the movie "Innocence of Muslims" are actually from the Quran and the Bukhari Hadiths. Not all of them, but the majority are in fact from Islamic sources. The movie is terribly bad of course, but to assume that everything in it is totally baseless just shows how little you know about Islamic sources. Salam.

Stop saying that they have insulted our beloved Prophet Muhammad [saw]! Dear brethren; No one can ever insult Muhammad [saw]. Nothing. NOTHING in that despicable movie describes anything about our beloved Prophet so why would Muslims believe he has been insulted? When you believe he has been insulted, you recognize the figure in that movie AS HIM. And that is ludicrous!! Rinse yourselves from the silly thought of Muhammad [saw] being insulted because that is impossible!!
