@@StepUpScaleUp once you find your target audience, build with them find ways you can improve your content. Don't get distracted by the subscribers count, views will gradually increase. The goal is to get 4000 watch time hours and 1,000 subs to apply to get monetized. Make sure that you have a Channel Banner, profile picture, something in your about section that explains what your channel is all about. And the plus would be to have other social media accounts that connect to your TH-cam channel like: TikTok, IG, Twitter, ect. Some days are going to be better than some. But continue to push all eventually you will get there 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿 keep me posted

When you decide to post videos to your Channel. Make sure that you make significant changes to it you can't just repost a video and get paid you have to make a video uniquely You by showing face or doing something got uniquely different thunder original video itself

On another channel, I have a TH-cam video with over 25k views with 74 subscribers, but the only reason the subscribers are low is that I haven't posted on it in 7 years. I sent the feedback.
