What a full on week Stephanie. I have huge issues with going in MRI type scanners I have gone so many times a d info has not been passed on I now call Department myself once I get appointment so I know they have been told what adaptions need to be made. My Daughter's Wedding Anniversary on Halloween I think I have nailed right recipe to re create her Red Velvet Wedding Cake. SW Sausages I love.... Grumpy used to always buy Aberdeen Angus Steak Links but he has also been converted. Tomorrow's Dinner is Sausage and Veg in a Onion Gravy topped with Mashed Tatties and side veg... The bonus is is making a big pie and being able to freeze some for future me. Incoming hugs for week ahead 💜🥰x

I’m on s/w and just got to target 5stone loss

I could not find nose emoji but 😂 I sniffed coffee...in my defence I had a cup of coffee in my other hand. Glad you enjoyed Comic Con my daughter off to Edinburgh one this weekend. Tonight I was a hairs breadth from fling up hands and going I have had it ....let's say today has not gone to plan and tomorrow busy 100 mile round trip that will include meet up with daughter, get my hair cut and see Will Young and a load of ither stuff to do. I won't get home until late and need left early so need to really be on top of pain relief.....I have worked out a way to eat tomorrow without daughter finding out about SW. Plan to bring my own Homemade Chilli for everyone and some for her freezer. Tonight however I forgot to get in couple of things I needed to make tea. Grumpy wanting my Mac and Cheese that is no way SW friendly and I could not be bothered adapting so made for him which has left me hungry, sore, tired and frazzled.....how tempting was it to eat Mac and Cheese. I SYN'd extra bread and had Scrambled Egg on Toast instead and just came to bed....SYN today 5 for extra bread. Weight loss is definitely a head game for want of a better phrase. Slim Win group always sounds fun. Have a great week until nxt Tues when who knows I might either hit round stone number or go into new bracket lol watch this I will have gained 🤦‍♀️💜🥰x

Hi Stephanie well that was timed well....I was on ball after weighing this morning and did this weeks menus so other Slow Cooker Recipes from Collab going on week after however i had put Sausage Cassrole on this week for Thursday. I usually do a more beef based sauce but will change this week and do yours....it looks so warmiming and colourful...i will have half a Turnip from Monday left so it will work nicely. At start of SW I did not like the Sausages at all however now love them. Grumpy had Steak link ones this morning from butcher and i tried just the end and heck they are ones i usex to love but not now taste byds have fair changed. That was a 1lb off today making 3st 2lb ... i had hoped to hit round stone number but that will hopefully come next Saturday or i might even drop a new stone bracket who knows....this is like going on a walk up a mountain in Scotland you start and weather spring like but next minute blinding snow and the next boiling hot each week a new season. Have a good weekend 🥰💜x
