Here's a simple recipe for Cooker Mutton Biryani:
Ingredients:-
Mutton - 1kg
Golden Sella Basmati Rice - 1kg
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
1 tbsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1 tbsp Mutton Masala Powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Cup Cooking oil
Dried Red chillies - 4
Green chillies - 4
Bay leaf- 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Black cumin - 1tbsp
star anise (chakrphool) - 1
saunf- 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick -2
Black cardamom - 1
nos Black paper- 4
laung - 4
whole stone flower -1
Green cardamom - 2
mace (javitri) -1
nutmeg (jaiphal) - 1/2
poppy seeds ( khaskhas) - 1/2 tbsp
2 Cups Water
Add Food Colour
Keora water
Garnish with Fresh Coriander leaves
