I work on it
on the lcd it shows frequency of 5KH and P = 198 ns and Duty 1180 ns how come? 5KH is 200us period?
198 us is a period between rear edge of the pulse and pulse leading edge 1180ns is a pulse duration
In sinker cutting mode, is your circuit able to control a servo/stepper to maintain a constant current arc?
This EDM controller has not function to correct speed of motors. I'm not sure I need it.

If you will provide the washing to remove the sludge you can do it very slow. But I'm not sure it real for DIY

Measurements incorrect because water was polluted more and more with every pulse.
Quality of the water changes during the cutting process but this fact is not influence on cooling too much

Buenos dias, soy Esteban Algar de Malaga, y he pedido una máquina de corte por hilo de molibdeno a China. Soy un aficionado y me gusta mucho la maquinaria, tengo taller con Torno, fresa y demás máquinas. Me interesaría hacer una máquina casera para realizar taladros en materiales muy duros y así poder pasar el hilo de molibdeno cuando tengo que hacer cortes interiores a los que no puedo acceder cortando con el hilo. Me puedes ayudar con un generador EDM que necesito para poder hacer taladros de uno o 2 mm con varilla de latón cobre o el material que haga falta? Muchas gracias. Espero tu respuesta.

I downloaded your proteus project but it appears to be a copy you used for development as it doesn't include anything but arduino to LCD communications. Can you make the finished project available?
That project has line to drive power keys. So all you need to connect them and run device.

How many Watts these output (Mosfet Source connected ) 1 ohm resistors? Can you tell us please? And what is the voltage of 4 Capacitors on Mosfet board?
What are the top-right power units? Can you giva a Marke or model name please?
Sorry I'm not sure I understood you good enough. If you mean power supply units so that are 40v X10A DC/DC invertors

Fantastic Project! It cuts so fast. I went to your website and downloaded proteus and your file to see if I could get a look at the current monitoring portion of the schematic but I can't find it. Would you be willing to share? I so badly want to build it just to play around. I have everything in my digikey cart but will have to figure out a current control system or if I could purchase a board from you please let me know. Thank you either way and great work!

Is it possible to use any comparator for reverse current feeding?
Should be fast enough to shutdown the mosfet in less than 1 us.
@@JonnyDeRico He used 3 logic gates of the type “and” (TTL) to set the appropriate current. As for logic gate No. 2, does it take a square signal from the processor?
@@عاشقاللغةالعربية-ق1ش it is although about the shorter rise time you get when connecting outputs in parallel (old trick). You want sharp edges without overshooting on your gate trigger signals. A mosfet driver would be even better. Isolating the powerstage from the controller (optocoupler) I would highly recommend.. free running diodes to catch VCC voltage transients. There is room for improvement
