I’m not a huge Vegas person so during the NFR this year, my family and I made the short drive from Las Vegas to Boulder to go see the Hoover Damn!

Early December ride in Central Oregon with the guys. Testing out new mods and new camera gear. A couple stucks and ever changing conditions. Started the day off with some bluebird skies and as it continued gray stormy skies and snow flurries started rolling in. Apologizing now for camera position, still learning. 4 sleds stuck in less than 5 minutes! The guys were figuring out it was a bit deep. I was exhausted from working a night shift and did NOT feel like shoveling....So I did NOT attempt the climb with the guys. It's always steeper than it looks in camera. After working 12 straight hours, I drove another 3 hours to meet up and to go ride with the guys. It was a good size group with plenty of stucks, laughs, and learning experiences.
