Was the perfect song for the movie, very haunting the a Capella version they used. Being there gave you an idea of just what it would've been like, sitting in damp trench for hours on end! Lol

That's lovely, thank you. For me it was the most moving scene of the film - with the possible exception of the very last scene. It's important we remember them. I tend the grave of a VAD nurse who died while serving in an English military hospital in 1918. Her brother was in the KRRC - the same unit which inspired the film - and he was killed in France in 1917 aged 19yrs.

Myself and some other members of the Swing Dance Society I attend were looking at this event for this year and we found your Vlog. You really to seem to have had a great time. I noticed that you went to the entire weekend. Is there are different schedule for each day and the Saturday evening, or is it the sae program just more time to see it all? I was also wondering how much of an opportunity there is to dance. I saw your video from 2018 and it looks as if you learned 20s Charleston so I am hoping you can let us know.
