hey it tells me "ControlNetInpaintingAliMamaApply" is missing when i open the workflow. Even when i click "install missing custom nodes" in the manager i don't get an option to install it. what to do please?

you never showed which folder to download the guff models to. I know have the guff models downloaded but I don't know where to put them.

Thank you so much for showing and clarifying things about Flux Controlnet upscale.. I greatly appreciate your effort. To talk about the truth : The workflow allows you to upscale over 1024.. I tried 1024 to 4096 with My RTX 3090 and 128GB RAM and it never succeeded without tiled VAE (both encode and decode). And it takes forever (hours) and quality was not good because tiles were visible, and because of the mentality of tiled VAE each section of the image can not be denoised with same input prompt. If You tell the AI model in that specific tile of the image that exists parrots feathers, and your clip input is "a bicycle", what can the model do ? So i will not use this workflow because its useless for me, with these resolutions. i dont have any image like 256x352 resolution, if any how i do find my 2001 years made cell-phone, may be i would have a need if that cell-phone still worked, and SD card is readable, and that ancient low resolution photos remained. The use case may be, if you want to grab some photos from some sites on internet, remove the watermark with little bit inpaint or denoising, and upscale them to 1024x1024 later upscale with ultimate-sd or SUPIR, it works fine... You must make sure that you are authorized to download that photo and keep the usage rights and license, it may be against law and cause copyright infringement.

i get this error: mat1 and mat2 shapes cannot be multiplied (4096x16 and 64x3072), how could i fix this?

not rain splash- just rain gone on collision with ripple- splash requires reactor particle emission but they removed it after 2.49b. to solve the problem of ripples but take away reactor particles is like getting a new car but have to have your legs chopped off to drive it.

I could have used a bit more help. People are not professionals here :) For instance where are IPAdapter folder? How can I install adapter? If you don't help with these tiny things, we can't use your tutorial and the whole is surplus :)

Tried to load this workflow... it has a lot of nodes to install aside... I mean I just clean install Comfy in Pinokio since a lot of outdated nodes cause me random errors.

Flux controlnets aren't working in ForgeUI though, they're not implemented yet into the latest version so this IP-Adaptor is irrelevant. We need Depth and Openpose, stop misleading people.

I have a wish. If you are going to discuss two different UI's it would really help if you showed the models needed for both right up front. It is hard to watch the whole ComfiUI section and then try to remember where you got the models and their placement on Forge. Maybe split these into two separate small videos?

I tried everything, deleted the old one, entered a new command (1st option), tried with the script for windows portable because I have that one installed (2nd option), but the old, un-updated manager always opens?

Hello, I have workflows that are shared on sites and are open to everyone. I download and install the missing models, lora, etc. in those workflows, but I still get errors. I want these to be fixed and prepared in a way that I can run. If I pay you, can you do these for me?

With both SDXL and Flux, Forge produces better results with the same Prompt/Seed than Comfi - I'm switching back to Forge!

so this is entirely for less VRAM usage and not speed right? weirdly the GGUF takes longer then when i use the unquantized original FLUX dev model, i'm on M3 mac. it takes like 4 times longer with GGUF. maybe thats a mac issue with GGUF specifically? btw the images you created at the end are so sick, might be some of the best flux pictures i've seen so far! :)

that is just img2img forge mate... I don't know if you're doing this intentionally or you really believe it worked. Forge won't be supporting Flux ControlNet until they rewrite the controlnet code, which they plan, to do it in the end of September
